Job summary

Bloober Team is seeking a Senior Sound Designer to craft AAA quality, original SFX and shape the audio across horror projects. You will collaborate with the Audio Team and departments to deliver immersive experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in game sound, strong portfolio, and expertise with Nuendo, Wwise, and UE blueprints, plus studio and field recording skills. Remote-friendly options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in sound design for games.
• Outstanding sound design skills evidenced by credits and portfolio.
• Participation in the full development cycle for at least one shipped AA+ title.
• Proficiency in Nuendo and Audiokinetic Wwise middleware.
• Excellent knowledge of UE Blueprints and in-engine audio implementation.
• Strong experience in studio and field recording.
• Attention to detail, independence, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Create AAA quality, original SFX using a range of sound design methods and techniques.
• Record, implement and test sounds in game.
• Mix the game and help maintain artistic vision across project.
• Design and develop audio systems.
• Work closely with our Audio Team.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver the best audio experience.
