Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Sommelier to lead the wine program, curate the list, design promotions, and train staff. You will work with the Wine Director and General Manager to optimize wine sales and inventory.

Requires 2–3 years in fine dining; CMS or WSET certification is highly desirable. Proficiency with Excel and Word is a plus; dedication to guest service and positive employee relations is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years Sommelier experience in fine dining is required.
• Wine certification such as CMS or WSET is highly desirable.
• Devotion to customer service and positive employee relations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the wine list.
• Design and implement wine promotions.
• Train and educate service/bar staff.
• Cost controls of wine inventory.
• Answer guest questions on origin, vintage, and style.
• Collaborate with Wine Director and General Manager; assist during shifts.
