Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise guests on wine choices based on individual preferences to enhance their experience and drive profitability.
• Create and maintain accurate wine lists reflecting current inventory and seasonal changes.
• Record and manage wine inventory and communicate out-of-stock items to management.
• Create and distribute training materials and conduct regular wine tastings to educate team members.
• Maintain an active floor presence, assisting guests and staff with wine service.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to guests and team members.
