Job summary

Windfall Data, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the technical deployment of Windfall's solutions, integrating customers' data and applications to enable a smooth onboarding.

You will collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering, translating complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes and guiding executive stakeholders through the process. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a technical discipline or quantitative field
• 2+ years in an external client-facing role with strong EQ
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to learn new technical and non-technical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions for customers
• Maintain deep understanding of Windfall's offerings and applicability to client needs
• Act as SME, providing technical guidance to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and outcomes
• Translate customer data and KPIs into actionable implementation strategies
