Windfall Data, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding of customers onto our AI-driven people intelligence platform in San Francisco.

You will own the end-to-end technical implementation, connecting customer data with our platform, performing deep-dive data analyses, and configuring attribution models. You will partner with Customer Success to ensure long-term retention and translate high-level business goals into practical, data-backed outcomes,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an external, client-facing role with high EQ.
• Quantitative degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous technical environments and explain concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical implementation of Windfall's solutions, ensuring data and applications integrate with the AI platform.

What You Will Do

• Possesses at least 2 years of experience in an external, client-facing role with high EQ and the ability to navigate ambiguous technical environments.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency in SQL and command-line tools, ideally paired with a quantitative degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math.
• Exhibits a startup personality—scrappy, proactive, and capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
