Windfall is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our commercial team in California. You will collaborate with Data Science, Enterprise Sales, and executives to close new business through deep solution expertise and act as the technical arm of client relationships.

You will craft workflows, demos, and PoCs while guiding customers and internal teams toward win-win outcomes. You should thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an external client-facing role with strong EQ.
• Experience in Solution role or AdTech/MarTech/Data industry.
• Proficiency with Command-Line and SQL to accelerate value delivery.
• Excellent internal and external communication; proactive and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems to identify the best technical solution.
• Design and deliver workflows, tests, and POCs for clients and use cases.
• Partner with commercial sales as the technical arm of relationship selling.
• Develop relationships with client tech teams and internal stakeholders.
• Define features and specifications for delivered solutions.
• Prepare customer-facing presentations and support post-mortems.
