Job summary

Windfall is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding of customers, integrating Windfall's solutions with client data and applications, and ensuring a smooth start.

You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into practical outcomes, and staying current with SaaS trends to drive client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 2+ years in an external client-facing role.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with data analysis and basic data science concepts.
• Familiarity with Martech/Adtech ecosystems is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS or DaaS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions for customers, focusing on data and applications.
• Maintain deep understanding of Windfall's solutions and applicability to customer needs.
• Serve as a technical guide and support for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customers hit the ground running and achieve success.
• Conduct customer data analysis to inform implementation strategies.
• Configure and run initial attribution based on customer data and KPIs.
• Resolve data and technical issues during onboarding.
• Develop application training and content for customers.
• Work with Product leadership to embed implementation processes into Windfall.
