Job summary

Windfall is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Data team to build and scale data products and enrichment systems that power Windfall’s AI capabilities and customer workflows. You will partner across Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and report to the VP of Product.

The role focuses on translating complex data capabilities into customer value, shaping the data product roadmap, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building data or analytics or technical SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of modern data systems, pipelines, APIs, enrichment workflows, and large-scale datasets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Data-driven prioritization and decision-making.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the data product roadmap.
• Deliver scalable data products, enrichment capabilities, and modeled data features.
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and improve workflows.
• Define product requirements and prioritize initiatives across datasets and data products.
• Drive launches and lifecycle management with impact on customer KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
• Measure product performance and iterate based on feedback.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term investments.
