Job summary

Windfalldata is seeking a Solutions Consultant to work with GTM and Product teams, closing new business through solution expertise and advising customers on data workflows. You will be a trusted technical partner, a face for demos, and a champion for customer needs within our GTM strategy.

You should enjoy solving problems, collaborating with teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders and product leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in an external client-facing role with strong EQ.
• Experience in Solution(s) roles or AdTech/MarTech/Data industry.
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and product leaders.
• Comfort solving problems and learning new skills quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver workflows, tests, and POCs for prospects and customers.
• Partner with sales and customer success as the technical arm of the relationship.
• Lead technical components of customer-facing presentations and demos.
• Develop deep relationships with client technical teams across the lifecycle.
• Document customer objectives, workflows, and success criteria.
• Support renewal/expansion strategy and account planning.
