Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal, Solutions & GTM for the Greater New York Market. You will lead regional GTM strategy, act as SME, and guide both delivery and sales efforts across product lifecycles, helping clients build and modernize digital products with AI-enabled capabilities.

You’ll partner with industry leaders, shape client outcomes, and coach teams across disciplines to scale delivery, drive revenue, and advance the Build capability in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product engineering leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-discipline teams in Agile environments.
• Strong GTM and client relationship skills.
