Unknown Aerospace segurança? leader seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial, Site Security to lead a commercial solutions engineering group focused on site security opportunities.

The role emphasizes technical pre-sales, customer engagement, and deal execution. You will partner with sales, product, and executives to shape technical wins, build scalable processes, and coach talent across complex environments that may include physical security and UAS deployments.

Competenze

• 5–7 years in a technical pre-sales role focused on security.
• Experience in corporate security, GSOC, or military base security preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical security tech: VMS, access control, analytics.
• Familiarity with AI and computer vision in security contexts.
• Experience with UAS deployments and RF considerations.
• Experience with enterprise security review processes and InfoSec.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers and a Solutions Specialist focused on site security.
• Plan team growth in alignment with market demand and pipeline needs.
• Manage team performance against sales quotas and deal reviews.
• Define engagement strategies with the Solutions Specialist for complex deals.
• Build and maintain a technical playbook for site security solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into product development insights.
• Support executive briefings and customer engagements to drive technical wins.
