Client is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering to build and lead a national team focused on State, Local, Educational (SLED) Corrections and Campus Security use cases. The role emphasizes technical quality, customer engagement, and scalable problem-solving frameworks, with remote work available for US-based candidates.

The candidate will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into effective solutions, guide deal strategy, and serve as the escalation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• 1+ years leading a technical team or serving as a tech lead.
• Strong drone tech knowledge and Public Safety sUAS ops.
• Experience with CAD and VMS in public safety contexts.
• Proven talent development and onboarding skills.
• Ability to operate within a Sales-driven environment.
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering - State, Local, Educational (SLED) Corrections and Campus Security to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will build and guide a national Solutions Engineering function focused on corrections and campus security use cases, with an emphasis on technical quality, customer engagement, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into effective solutions, strengthen deal strategy, and improve the overall customer experience. The position also serves as a key escalation point for critical issues while helping define scalable frameworks for new and evolving problem sets.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $172,000 – $215,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a national Solutions Engineering team for corrections and campus security
• Set high standards for technical quality in demos and customer documentation

• Comfortable operating within a Sales organization and managing deal strategies
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
