Job summary

F5 is seeking a Sr Solutions Engineer in North America to support the sales team with deep technical skills across F5 products and ecosystem, bridging NetOps and DevOps for modern multi-cloud applications.

You will present, design, and demonstrate solutions, mentor sales teams, map opportunities, and drive deals with technical sponsorship, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of F5 products and ecosystem.
• Experience with multi-cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with load-balancing and application delivery.
• Ability to articulate value and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the F5 product strategy, messaging, and value to customer objectives.
• Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, demos, and POC.
• Mentor and educate sales teams on value of F5 solutions.
• Determine viability of opportunities and map organizational structure.
• Drive the sales process with Account Manager and secure technical sponsorship.
• Deliver world-class customer service through the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and support opportunities.
