You will partner with account teams to design, demonstrate, and validate integrated Zero Trust solutions, guiding complex opportunities from discovery to close. The role emphasizes customer outcomes and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has deep Zero Trust experience, WAN knowledge, and the ability to align technical work with business impact, with AI-aware governance as a growing focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing, demonstrating, evaluating, or implementing Zero Trust solutions.
• Understanding of Zero Trust and SASE architectures and WAN concepts.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design Cloudflare One architectures addressing security, connectivity, and business needs.
• Guide opportunities through design, demos, evaluations, and proofs of value.
• Advise on Zero Trust strategies spanning identity, secure web gateway, data protection, and SaaS security.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and drive customer outcomes.
• Create reusable architectures and coach peers for repeatable field activities.
