United States Digital Space LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with account teams and customers to design, demonstrate, and validate integrated Zero Trust, WAN, and AI-enabled architectures.

You will lead the technical path for complex opportunities, translating customer risks and requirements into concrete architectures and guiding opportunities from discovery to technical close with a focus on Zero Trust and enterprise networking.

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
Experience designing/evaluating Zero Trust solutions.
Hands-on with enterprise networking and WAN concepts.
Proven ability to lead customer evaluations and proofs of value.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and design One architectures for security, connectivity, and business needs.
Guide opportunities through solution design, demonstrations, proofs of value, and technical close.
Advise on Zero Trust strategies across identity, gateway, data protection, SaaS security.
Design WAN transformations connecting users, offices, data centers, and cloud.
Build AI-era opportunities, manage AI governance.
Utilize AI tools to improve research, analysis, demonstrations, automation.
Support One opportunities involving Email Security when relevant.
Differentiate against competitors.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering; own technical close.
Create reusable architectures and demos; mentor others.
Capture feedback to Product & Engineering.
Coordinate with Sales, Support, Product for issue resolution.
Own presales outcomes and handoff to CS/PS.
