Job summary
Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in Cloudflare One to partner with account teams and customers to design, demonstrate, and validate integrated solutions. You will lead the technical path for complex opportunities, translating risks and business priorities into architectures that enable cloud adoption.
Zero Trust is the primary focus, with WAN and AI expansion as next priorities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or similar.
- Experience designing, demonstrating, evaluating, or implementing Zero Trust solutions.
- Understanding of Zero Trust and SASE architectures across identity, endpoint, network, and data security.
- Experience with enterprise networking, WAN concepts, and hybrid connectivity.
- Active use of AI tools to improve research, analysis, and demonstrations.
- Ability to own technical evaluations and drive to close in complex deployments.
- Strong written and oral communication linking tech to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and design Cloudflare One architectures addressing security, connectivity, and business needs.
- Guide opportunities through design, demos, evaluations, proofs of value, and technical close.
- Advise on Zero Trust strategies including identity, access, and secure connectivity.
- Design WAN transformation solutions connecting users, offices, data centers, and cloud.
- Develop AI-era opportunities and governance considerations for customers.
- Use AI tools to improve research, prep, analysis, and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues during evaluations.
- Handoff successful engagements to Customer Success or Services teams.
