Job summary

RXO is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Managed Transportation to design and deliver advanced transportation technology solutions for clients across North America. You will lead demos, configurations, testing, and deployment while serving as the SME for Transportation Management Systems and system integrations.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design processes, and implement changes that optimize supply chain performance and drive efficiency within the RXO account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, decision support, transportation management, distribution, or procurement.
• Experience data mining and generating simulations using Microsoft BI, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of supply chain and transportation technology solutions for clients, including demos, implementation, testing and deployment support.
• SME for Transportation Management Systems and system integrations with clients and business partners.
• Define and maintain functional requirements; assist with process design and organizational change.
• Research and analyze best practices and technology-driven solutions.
• Understand customer processes to enable cross-functional initiatives and communicate solution improvements.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and manage projects through implementation.
• Identify opportunities through data collection and analysis to craft marketable client solutions.
• Communicate project activities to key stakeholders internally and with clients.
• Support process and strategy improvements related to transportation-focused supply chain initiatives.
