RXO is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Transportation to act as a change agent and lead large-scale implementations, ensuring initiatives are implemented and sustained. You’ll define problems, propose solutions, coordinate with internal teams to create plans and schedules, and provide post‑deployment support.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Experience in 2+ of supply chain management, transportation, or distribution.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Access and Project.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent planning, client support, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementations.
• Oversee change-management initiatives and provide post-implementation support.
• Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Work with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support.
• Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects.
• Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
• Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations.
• Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner.

What your day‑to‑day will look like:

• Lead large‑scale implementations

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
• Experience in 2 or more of the following disciplines: supply chain management, transportation, or distribution
• Project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Access and Project

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent planning, client support, communication, and organizational skills
