Job summary

RXO is seeking a Supervisor, Transportation to coordinate and oversee transportation activities across a large network. You will supervise staff, plan routing, track shipments, and resolve carrier performance issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with carriers, customers, and internal teams to meet service levels and company goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of transportation or supply chain experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications with ability to create complex formulas in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise transportation staff and day-to-day operations.
• Plan routing, update and track orders and shipments.
• Resolve carrier performance and compliance issues.
• Track and trace shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Investigate and resolve issues submitted by customers and carriers.
