Job summary

Minuteman Security & Life Safety in the United States seeks a Solutions Engineer II to manage complex accounts and deliver tailored security solutions. You will lead product demonstrations, analyze client needs, and own technical engagements to help customers meet security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering, preferably within the security industry.
• Proficiency with security products, networking, and system configurations.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Perform detailed analysis of client needs and design security solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to create tailored proposals and support the sales cycle.
• Work with technical teams to address and resolve specific security issues raised by clients.
• Customize product configurations and solutions to meet complex client requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and competitor offerings, providing insights to sales teams.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior solutions engineers (Solutions Engineer I).
• Conduct site surveys and security assessments for potential customers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
