Job summary

Minuteman Security Technologies Inc. is seeking a Support Engineer III to manage and resolve the most complex security issues and advise on improvements.

You will lead incidents, guide junior engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to design robust security solutions. You will perform regular security audits, develop automation for incident management, and help create security best practices for clients while staying abreast of emerging threats and technologies to protect

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Prior IT security, network security, or technical support experience.
• Deep understanding of security tools, incident response methodologies, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead tier-3 security incidents and investigations.
• Mentor junior support engineers and coordinate with product/engineering teams.
• Perform regular security audits and assessments of client environments.
• Develop automation for incident management and security monitoring.
