Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Prior IT security, network security, or technical support experience with security technologies.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
• Proficiency in scripting or automation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve tier-3 security incidents with focus on complex issues.
• Lead investigations and resolve critical breaches or vulnerabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide incident response practices.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to fix design or deployment gaps.
• Perform regular security audits and update client security policies.
• Develop automation for incident management and monitoring.
