Minuteman Security & Life Safety is seeking a Solutions Engineer II to enhance complex security engagements and independently support sales opportunities. You will lead demonstrations, analyze client needs, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor robust security solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, conduct site surveys, and stay ahead of industry trends to inform proposals and drive customer success. This on-site US role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering, preferably in the security industry.
• Proficiency with security products, networking, and system configurations.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Perform detailed analysis of client needs and design security solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with account managers to create tailored proposals and support the sales cycle.
• Work with technical teams to address and resolve specific security issues.
• Customize product configurations and solutions to meet complex client requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and competitor offerings, providing insights to sales teams.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior solutions engineers.
• Conduct site surveys and security assessments for potential customers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
