Job summary

Fleet Response, located in Hudson, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise software across the stack. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, UX, Architecture, and Quality Engineering within Agile teams.

The Senior SDE will drive technical leadership across complex initiatives, participate in TDD, CI/CD, and continuous deployment, and ensure alignment with long-term technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with full-stack design and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in .NET backend and SQL-based data environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions across all tiers.
• Work on major initiatives requiring cross-technical area expertise.
• Develop scalable, high-quality applications to meet business needs.
• Participate in full SDLC including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Support releases using Agile SDLC, TDD, and CI/CD.
• Create and extend backend services with JSON, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
• Develop front-end functionality with modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Quality Engineering.
