Job summary

Fleet Response in Hudson, Ohio is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software across the full technology stack. You will collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, QE, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this hands-on role, you will drive technical leadership within Agile teams, contribute to CI/CD and TDD practices, and help align applications with Fleet Response's long-term technology strategy while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with full-stack application design and development.
• Expert knowledge of API and web development technologies.
• Proficiency with C#, Angular 9+, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, LESS, Node.js, or comparable technologies.
• Strong experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with .NET backend services.
• Experience with SQL-based data environments.
• Experience with source control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
• Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software design, testing, debugging, deployment and maintenance.
• Comfortable in a predominantly .NET/Windows tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software across all tiers.
• Work on highly visible initiatives across multiple technical areas.
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business and client needs.
• Participate in the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and support.
• Support releases and CI/CD activities within Agile SDLC.
• Develop and extend backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Create and maintain front-end functionality with modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and QE teams throughout development.
