Job summary

Sanas seeks a seasoned Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise and BPO deals, proving our real-time speech AI works in customers' environments and driving pilot programs to successful closes.

You will be the go-to for deployment, security reviews, and complex technical questions, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to scale new offerings and create repeatable playbooks. Based in Boston with hybrid office days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in presales solutions engineering or similar
• Experience in CCaaS/CX or contact center software
• Ability to communicate with VP of Operations/CIO
• Experience with security reviews and RFP responses
• Strong written communication and quick drafting
• Willing to travel ~20% and collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of an enterprise/BPO deals portfolio.
• Prove product works in customer environments and drive pilots.
• Serve as technical lead for deployment issues and security reviews.
• Lead pilots, define success criteria, and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to bring new products to market.
• Train SEs and AEs and build scalable playbooks.
