Job summary

Sanas is seeking a Head of Developer Platform & SDK to own, build, and grow our developer business. This is a technical builder + product role focused on API/SDK strategy and developer experience. You will work closely with engineers to architect platform capabilities, ship prototypes, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with a track record of building developer-facing products.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience with on-premise or private-cloud deployments.
• Strong API/documentation/usability focus.
• Willing to write code and prototype when needed.
• Experience with real-time audio or voice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for APIs, SDKs, and the Developer Platform.
• Design intuitive developer experiences for real-time speech AI technology.
• Collaborate with engineers to architect and ship platform capabilities.
• Build prototypes, reference applications, integrations, and tooling.
• Own developer documentation, examples, quickstarts, API references, and onboarding.
• Talk directly to developers and customers to inform product priorities.
• Drive integrations across ecosystems (LiveKit, Pipecat).
• Grow developer adoption and turn the platform into a meaningful business.
• Establish metrics for developer acquisition, activation, retention, and usage.
