Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our platform team in Austin, Texas. You will partner with banks and technology partners to design and implement integrations to Wise’s public API.

The role emphasizes technical consulting, scoping, and delivering high-quality customer experiences across global partners. You’ll collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers and Engineers, contribute to feature definitions, and help scale Wise Platform across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing engineering roles.
• Experience with Java/Spring, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong self-management and multi-project prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and partners post-sale.
• Ensure integrations are optimal within constraints and deliver great customer experience.
• Assist with technical scoping, requirements, and implementation planning.
• Support business development with feature design and technical scope.
• Define and influence long-term platform strategy with the Wise Platform team.
• Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and Implementation Managers on decisions.
