Job summary

Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection, seeks a Solution Engineer to design and present platform solutions for MSPs, partners, and end customers. You will participate in the full sales cycle, run hands-on demos, and help secure technical wins through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has cloud and security experience, backup/DR design know-how, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based apps (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Backup, disaster recovery and storage design experience.
• Security expertise in antivirus/EDR/MDR/XDR and network security.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to articulate value.
• Must be fluent in English and capable of travel (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to articulate solutions for service providers, partners, and customers.
• Conduct demos as a technology expert in meetings and throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate activities with customers, partners and internal teams to drive selling of Acronis solutions.
• Analyze requirements, market strategies and policies related to data protection.
• Develop responses to RFIs/RFPs and support MSP integrations with the Acronis platform.
