Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Telephony Administrator to provide operational and advanced telephony administration for voice, voicemail, and unified communications. The role includes handling move/add/change requests, maintaining 911 location accuracy, documenting configurations, and producing knowledge base content.

You will lead projects, implement improvements, and work with vendors to resolve outages.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Avaya on premise PBX systems
2+ years administering VoIP and unified communications platforms
2+ years of experience with SIP, RTP, QoS, dial plans, call routing, and voice gateway technologies
2+ years of experience troubleshooting voice quality, call routing, carrier connectivity, and E911 services
2+ years of experience with telecommunications infrastructure, including voice circuits, session border controllers (Clients), and PSTN integration

Responsibilities

Provide operational and advanced telephony administration for Voice/Voicemail/Conference services and 911 location data.
Lead projects and perform advanced maintenance to telephony network systems; configure hardware like media gateways and telephones.
Provide engineer-level support for enterprise telephony and unified communications; coordinate outages and automate processes where possible.
Monitor systems and document configurations; adhere to Incident Management and Change Management processes.
