Liberate is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the technical side of our pre-sale process. You will work closely with Account Executives and the Deployment team to ensure what we sell aligns with what we deliver, spanning CCaaS/UCaaS and voice AI platforms.

You will run discovery with insurers and IT teams, deliver tailored demos, and own solution design from initial draft to signed agreement. Expect opportunities to define scope, respond to RFPs, and hand off to deployment as customers

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in solutions engineering or solutions consulting.
• Experience with CCaaS, UCaaS or voice AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Executive presence and a consultative discovery approach with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to build and run demos independently.
• Working knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
• High ownership and urgency in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Discovery and solution fit: run technical and security discovery with insurers and IT teams; build and deliver tailored demos showing Nicole in workflows; define fit and scope with the customer.
• Solution design and scoping: lead workshops with customer stakeholders; own the solution design and statement of work from draft to approval; keep scope current as deals evolve.
• Customer technical requests: own responses to RFPs and procurement/security questionnaires; produce integration and architecture documentation with DevOps support.
• Handoff and expansion: hand signed deals to Deployment with full context; scope new use cases with account owner as customers grow.
