Liberate is the System of Action for Insurance. We build insurance-native AI agents that resolve customer requests end to end for P&C carriers, agencies, MGAs and TPAs.

Our voice-first agent Nicole answers customers instantly and brings in a person with full context when needed. The role of Solutions Engineering Manager combines hands-on deal-making with leading a small SE team to push technical discovery, demos, and scoping.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years in solutions engineering or solutions consulting, including leadership of a team.
• Experience with CCaaS, UCaaS or voice AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Executive presence and a consultative approach to discovery with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to build and run demos independently.
• Working knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
• High ownership, urgency and comfort with startup pace.

Responsabilités

• Run technical and security discovery, deliver tailored demos, and define fit and scope of each solution for the customer.
• Lead functional and technical workshops, own solution design and SOW through approval and signature.
• Own responses to RFPs and security questionnaires, plus integration and architecture documentation.
• Hand each signed deal to Deployment and scope new use cases with the account owner.
• Coach Solutions Engineers on discovery, demos, and scoping quality.
• Set team standards for technical discovery and screening processes.
• Run the team's operating cadence and balance deal coverage across the team.
