Job summary

Reserv is hiring its first Solutions Engineer to help customers understand capabilities, onboard them, and shape a scalable platform for the insurance industry. You will work with engineering and commercial teams across demos, discovery, configuration, integrations, and production code.

You’ll own technical onboarding, build integrations, and ship changes while making implementations repeatable and easier for future customers. Join a growing team delivering AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers in a technical role.
• Strong communication and demo leadership skills.
• Practical software development experience, including writing & debugging code and delivering integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs and moving data between systems.
• Willingness to learn our stack (Rails/React/TypeScript).
• Insurance experience welcome but not required; able to onboard customers and build reusable integrations.

Responsibilities

• Bring the product to life by delivering tailored demos and explaining AI capabilities.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical implementation plans.
• Own technical onboarding from discovery through configuration, integration, validation and launch.
• Build integrations and ship production changes across the Rails/React/TypeScript stack.
• Make implementations repeatable with reusable connectors and documentation.
• Help define and build the platform to support external customers and roadmap decisions.
• Explain AI capabilities and validate that implementations meet customer problems.
