Job summary

VideoAmp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Professional Services team. You will onboard new clients, configure API connections, and integrate data across systems to enable seamless deployments.

You will function as the technical liaison, diagnosing complex issues and delivering high-quality solutions while working with Sales, Client Success, and Engineering to meet client needs. This role emphasizes strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical client-facing role in SaaS/adtech.
• Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, and scripting languages.
• Proficiency with SQL and large data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new clients, including API setup and data integration.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to resolve client problems.
• Monitor platform and data performance to proactively address concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital media tech trends and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support for client portfolios and respond to escalations.
• Communicate with account and client success teams on timelines and needs.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
