Job summary

VideoAmp in New York or Los Angeles, with hybrid or remote US options, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Professional Services team. You will lead technical onboarding, API setup, and data integration while partnering with Sales, Client Success, Engineering, and Product to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, troubleshooting complex problems, documenting best practices, and maintaining a knowledge base to support a growing portfolio of clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in a technical client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or similar.
• Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, and scripting languages.
• Proficiency with SQL and large datasets.
• Experience troubleshooting platform, integration, or data performance issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts.
• Documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, including API setup and data integration.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to investigate and resolve client issues.
• Monitor platform and data performance to proactively identify and resolve technical concerns.
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in digital video, CTV/OTT, and advertising technology.
• Provide continued support for your client portfolio by resolving questions, requests, and technical escalations.
• Communicate daily with account and client success teams to align on business needs, timelines, and issue resolution.
• Own and maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and technical best practices to expand the team knowledge base.
