Job summary

VideoAmp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in the US, blending client-facing technical work with cross-team collaboration. You will lead onboarding, API integrations, and ongoing support for a portfolio of clients.

You will work with Sales, Client Success, Engineering, and Product to translate complex technical needs into actionable solutions. A strong SQL, API, and data workflow background is essential for success and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in a technical client-facing role in SaaS/adtech.
• Strong SQL, APIs, databases, and scripting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, including API setup and data integration.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to investigate and resolve client issues.
• Monitor platform and data performance to proactively identify and resolve technical concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital video, CTV/OTT, and advertising technology trends.
• Provide continued support for your client portfolio by resolving questions and escalations.
• Communicate daily with account and client success teams to align on needs, timelines, and resolutions.
• Own and maintain detailed documentation of processes and best practices.
