Job summary

Metriport, an open-source data intelligence platform for healthcare, seeks generalist engineers to own end-to-end product development. You will ship features directly to customers, write design docs, review code, and push quickly from v0 to v1 while incorporating user feedback.

We value entrepreneurial work ethic, ownership, and the ability to guide others. Location in the SF Bay Area or willingness to relocate is required; healthcare domain familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Located in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.
• Healthcare domain exposure is a plus (FHIR, HIE, EHR/EMR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive projects end-to-end from ideation to production rollout.
• Write design docs and review with the team.
• Ship PRs quickly to staging and pilot customers for validation.
• Lead others and balance quality with speed.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
