Job summary

Worth AI is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to be a key technical partner throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, bridging customer requirements with Worth’s AI-powered KYB, KYC, AML, and identity verification platform.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes for financial institutions and fintechs of all sizes, delivering tailored demonstrations, deployment plans, and customer enablement across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation role within FinTech/RegTech or B2B SaaS for financial institutions.
• Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React; able to work with developer teams on integration scoping and validation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team as a technical expert during discovery, scoping, and solution design; own the technical narrative from first call through close.
• Lead and deliver product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept aligned to prospect workflows (compliance, onboarding, underwriting).
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria for new deployments, ensuring fast time-to-value and smooth handoffs.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding; coordinate with internal teams to resolve integration questions and unblock clients.
• Design and deliver customer training programs and technical documentation to drive platform adoption.
• Capture client feedback post-implementation; translate use cases into roadmap input with Product.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and build enablement materials.
• Stay current on FinTech/RegTech/AI trends and bring context into client conversations and strategy.
