Job summary

Worth AI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical partner throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle. You will bridge customer requirements with Worth AI's KYB/KYC/AML platform while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver outcomes for financial institutions and fintechs.

You will design tailored demonstrations, lead multi-stakeholder implementations, and ensure fast time-to-value through detailed project plans and effective onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical implementation in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on SQL, Node.js and React experience with integration scoping and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with AI tech and KYB/KYC/AML workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Proficient with Jira, Monday.com or similar project tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team as a technical expert during discovery, scoping, and design.
• Lead product demonstrations and PoC engagements mapping to client workflows.
• Develop implementation plans with timelines and success criteria.
• Serve as primary technical contact during onboarding across teams.
• Design and deliver customer training and technical docs.
• Capture client feedback and translate to roadmap inputs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and enablement materials.
• Stay current on FinTech/RegTech/AI trends and apply to client conversations.
