Job summary
Worth AI seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to be a technical partner throughout pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will bridge customer requirements with Worth’s KYB, KYC, AML, and identity verification platform, working with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes for financial institutions and fintechs.
You will lead demonstrations, build implementation plans, onboard clients, provide training, and translate feedback into the product roadmap while staying
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation role within FinTech or B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on technical skills with SQL, Node.js, and React.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team as a technical expert during discovery, scoping, and solution design.
- Lead and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans and timelines for new client deployments.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding and coordination across teams.
- Design and deliver customer training programs and technical documentation.
