Dossier is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the demo and drive the technical win on large enterprise healthcare deals. Your focus is on discovery through close, with CNOs, CHROs, CIOs, HR and nurse leaders, delivering demos aligned to each health system’s workflows.

You will build proof-of-concept environments, guide opportunities, and shape plans from evaluation to signature, while coordinating with AEs and ensuring a smooth handoff to implementation.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in a pre-sales or sales engineering role at an enterprise SaaS company with healthcare domain experience.
• Proven ability to own discovery-to-demo for $100K+ ACV deals and present to C-level executives.
• Strong presentation, discovery, and influencing skills with CIOs, CHROs, and nursing leaders.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery with the AE and translate pain points into demo criteria for each deal.
• Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept builds on enterprise opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery including HRIS/LMS integrations and SSO.
• Collaborate on business case including ROI, accreditation readiness and outcomes.
• Own RFIs/RFPs sections and maintain demo playbooks and HubSpot activity.
