Job summary

Dossier is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer in the U.S. to own the demonstration and win strategy for large healthcare enterprise deals.

You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives from discovery through close, leading clinical and technical discovery with CNOs, nursing leaders, CIOs and HR, and deliver demos aligned to each health system’s workflows. Remote within US Central or Eastern time zones, with some travel to conferences and on-site demos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering role at an enterprise SaaS company with healthcare focus
• Proven ability to sell into health systems or hospitals and understand nursing, clinical education, HR
• Track record owning discovery-to-demo on $100K+ ACV deals, with executive presentations and RFP responses
• Strong discovery, presentation and influencing skills with C-level executives and IT/security teams

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with the AE and translate pain points into demo criteria
• Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept builds for enterprise opportunities
• Lead technical discovery: HRIS/LMS integrations, SSO, data flows and compliance
• Partner with AE on business case: ROI, outcomes and educator time
• Own RFIs/RFPs and respond to technical questions during sales cycles
• Own the demo playbook and certify AEs to demo smaller deals
• Document the agreed solution at close for a clean handoff to implementation, log activity in HubSpot
