Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing sales engineering or consulting role.
• Expertise across all layers of the OSI Model including BGP routing and DNS.
• Technical knowledge of cloud security and performance portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define technical success criteria collaboratively with customers.
• Lead the technical partnership with accounts and maintain proficiency in products.
• Run technical discovery and qualification of prospect and customer use cases.
