Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Austin team, focusing on customer success and technical validation. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives and engineers to ensure enterprise customers achieve financial and operational success on our platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of technical concepts, and exceptional communication skills.

You'll be responsible for guiding customers through complex implementations, leading technical discovery and maintaining deep proficiency in our product portfolio. Join us in shaping the future of internet security and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with OSI Model, BGP routing, GRE tunneling.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security and performance portfolios.
• Proficiency in a scripting language.
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define technical success criteria with customers.
• Lead technical partnerships with accounts.
• Run technical discovery and qualification.
• Participate in account planning and stakeholder mapping.
• Provide best practices for implementation.
• Develop relationships across teams.
• Deliver internal demos and mentor colleagues.
