Job summary

Xometry is seeking an experienced and charismatic Solutions Engineer to support Sales with technical expertise in electromechanical devices. This role blends sales, vendor management and internal capability development in a fast-growing digital manufacturing environment.

You will engage customers across aerospace and electronics, grow partner networks, and guide complex projects from requirements to delivery. 25-35% travel and remote-friendly, competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar is required.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for remote/digital environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% to customer/partner sites.

Responsibilities

• Grow Xometry’s business in wire harnesses, junction boxes, PCB’s and related systems.
• Develop and manage a micronetwork of manufacturing partners.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, both remote and onsite.
• Convert customer requirements into manufacturing work instructions.
• Develop procedures and guidelines to digest and execute electromechanical projects.
• Troubleshoot WIP and guide ops teams to successful outcomes.
• Provide project management and oversight on complex opportunities.
