Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience with Xometry’s services from a customer and/or partner perspective is optimal.
• Deep familiarity with electromechanical manufacturing methods.
• Expertise in mechanical fabrication methods including CNC, sheet metal, additive and molding desirable.
• Travel to customer/partner sites 25%–35% is typical.

Responsibilities

• Grow Xometry’s business in wire harnesses, junction boxes, PCB assemblies and related systems.
• Develop and manage a micronetwork of manufacturing partners.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, both remote and onsite.
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturing work instructions.
• Develop procedures and guidelines to ensure electromechanical project execution.
• Provide project management and oversight on complex opportunities.
