Job summary

Qualifications

Four or more years of experience in sales engineering or customer-facing roles.
Excellent written and presentation communication skills to articulate complex topics to varying audiences.
Experience translating customer needs into technical designs and proposals.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to respond to requests for proposals.

Responsibilities

Design complex hosting solutions and services with sales input.
Present advanced technical concepts to customers through demonstrations and proposals.
Effectively communicate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with operational staff on initiatives affecting the Solutions Engineering Team
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs
