Job summary

Google Sunnyvale, CA, USA (and Boulder, CO, plus additional locations) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to drive partner integrations and technical guidance within the gUP Shopping Partner Engineering team.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, develop tools, review implementations, and help grow partnerships while ensuring high data quality. The role reports to gUP Shopping Partner Engineering with a competitive US salary and bonus structure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
6 years of experience coding with Java, C/C++, Python.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

Provide high-touch technical guidance and troubleshooting for partner integrations within SLAs.
Gather operational feedback to advocate for product enhancements and bug fixes with Product/Engineering.
Define, prioritize and launch new features and internal tools with Product and Partner Ops Managers.
Develop technical documentation and developer tools to streamline onboarding and scale operations.
Analyze partner data to identify growth opportunities using Google technologies.
