Mia Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Austin to join our Client Solutions Engineering team. This high‑ownership role blends product engineering, integrations work, and hands‑on client problem‑solving as you connect Mia to dealership platforms (DMS, service schedulers, CRMs).

You'll own production changes end‑to‑end, help onboard dealers, and collaborate with Account Managers to launch and troubleshoot in real time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and relational DBs.
• Experience building third-party API integrations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Live-ops on-call, alert response, and careful change management.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical clients and internal teams.
• Bias toward ownership with end-to-end issue resolution and stakeholder updates.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client visits.
• Use AI to code with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and ship features across our platform, including third-party integrations and internal tooling.
• Own production changes end-to-end: scope in Jira, drive peer and lead reviews, verify results in production.
• Respond to production alerts, diagnose root causes, and fix quickly while informing impacted clients.
• Support dealer onboarding and launches: collaborate with Account Managers to set up integrations and test before go-live.
• Partner with client-facing teams as an escalation point and assist during tough technical conversations.
• Represent engineering with clients: occasional on-site visits and pilot presentations.
• Improve team processes and tooling to prevent mistakes and accelerate delivery.
