Mia Labs, a fast-growing AI-powered automotive ops startup in Austin, seeks an SDR to reach dealership leads, qualify fit, and hand meetings to AEs. You’ll drive speed to lead, run sharp discovery, and use AI to automate parts of the process, with a clear path to an AE seat based on performance.

You’ll build AI workflows, track conversion metrics, and keep CRM data pristine while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team. Equity options and a hybrid Austin schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a phone heavy role with a quota.
• A record of hitting your number, with conversion data to prove it.
• Confidence on the phone and clear writing.
• Proof you’re AI native: show us something you built.
• Bonus: you’ve sold AI or SaaS, or worked in or around a dealership.

Responsabilités

• Respond to high intent inbound leads within minutes, by phone first
• Run discovery with dealer principals, GMs and BDC managers to qualify fit, pain and timing
• Book meetings that actually happen and convert, with notes your AE can use
• Build your own AI workflows for research, call prep and follow ups
• Track your conversion rates and report back on what’s working
• Keep the CRM clean
